NOTHING IS ... is an LP released in 1969 as ESP-Disk 1045. The original track order was - Dancing Shadows I Imagination I Exotic Forest I Sun Ra and his Band From Outer Space I The Shadow World I Theme Of The Stargazers / Outer Spaceways Incorporated I The Next Stop Mars.Bonus tracks added for the 2005 CD reissue of NOTHING IS..., ESP-Disk4024. 1. The CD edition presented the material in the order shown above. According to Micael D. Anderson's liner notes this new track sequence is the actual order of performance (but see listing 92 for a revised track ordering.) 2. Historically this was the first live Sun Ra concert to be released as an album. 3. Before its release, ESP-Disk announced this album as THE HELIOCENTRIC WORLDS OF SUN RA VOLUME III in a 1960s catalogue. At that time they also allocated the catalogue number ESP 1046 to a record which never materialized: THE HELIOCENTRIC WORLDS OF SUN RA VOLUME IV.

There are a huge number of reissues, both bootleg and licensed, on cassette, 8-track, LP, CD and DAT. Some have altered or misleading album titles. To date there are no reissues of the expanded CD editions: all have been copies of the original LP.
