1. A hybrid Saturn LP which combines side A of Saturn 11 -83 (listing 221) with side B of Saturn 9-1213-85-B (listing 222) to create an LP which brings together the two Stars That Shine Darkly performances recorded at Montreux on one LP. Released in the late 1980s.

2. The matrix numbers are "SUN-RA 11-83A", "9-1213-85B SUN RA VARIETY".

3. Copies are known with blank and patterned generic labels. One copy has a stuck on "Sun Ra and his Arkestra" label, but this is Allstars material, not an Arkestra performance.Side A identical to STARS THAT SHINE DARKLY .... [PART 1] (Saturn 11-83A); side B identical to STARS THAT SHINE DARKLY .... (PART 2) (Saturn 9-1213-85B).

4. The Sun Ra Allstars was a group put together for 1983 European concerts - it did not continue beyond the end of the tour. Some Arkestra concerts took place during the Allstars tour, in cities where the Allstars were booked
