1. A Saturn LP released in 1974. The original LP has Space Probe as side A, Primitive and The Conversion Of J.P as side B

2. The Saturn LP has matrix numbers SUNRA 142000A and SUNRA 14200A. Two A sides! The Space Probe moog solo is SUNRA142000A.

3. Bonus tracks added for the Art Yard CD reissue.

4. The track Primitive has also been titled The PrimevilAge (some Saturn LP labels), Dimensions In Time (WHEN SUN COMES OUT reissue) and Earth Primitive Earth (SPACE PROBE CD reissue.) The original Saturn version has only the second half of the performance - th first half firest appeared as Dimensions In Time on the Evifence reissue of WHEN SUN COMES OUT. the complete performance can be heard on the CD reissue of SPACE PROBE.

5. The overlap of source tapes (Primitive, Dimensions In Time) makes it fairly certain that some of this LP comes from the When Sun Corns Out session - Michael D. Anderson of the Sun Ra Archive gives 29,h April 1962 as a date for this album.

6. The track The Conversion Of J.P. has been rendered as Conversion on some Saturn copies, The Conversation Of J.P on other Saturn LP copies and also thus on the Art Yard CD reissue.

7. Each side of this album has been used to create various hybrid Saturn LPs. An example is the Saturn album PRIMITONE which combines side A of SPACE PROBE with side A of Saturn 143000 OUTER SPACEWAYS INCORPORATED (listing 98.) Another Saturn hybrid combines side A of SPACE PROBE with side B of THE INVISIBLE SHIELD (listing 69.)
